To accompany a red or white maddox rod trial lens to do ‘Double Maddox Rod’ assessment for ocular torsion. A simple but highly effective way of assessing torsion in multiple positions of gaze, fixing right and fixing left. Combine with a small vertical prism, and trial frames preferably with precise cyl adjustment and you have everything you need!
